ORLANDO (Aug. 11, 2021) ” The Florida Council on Aging announced that Growing Bolder, a multimedia company redefining aging, won the Council’s prestigious Senior Vision Media Award. The award honors the outstanding Florida organization producing media promoting a positive image of aging.
Growing Bolder was nominated for the award by Karla Radka, CEO and president of the Senior Resource Alliance in Orlando.
“Growing Bolder has a profound impact on the senior community, not only here in Florida but across the United States,” Radka said. “This company is redefining what aging looks like through its engaging and inspiring storytelling and has continued to push its content onto unexpected platforms in the past year. I can’t think of anyone more deserving of the Senior Vision Media Award.”

Sharing their inspiring stories reveals what’s possible and can ultimately help change the culture of aging for all. We realize that the struggle for many is real, which makes the Florida Council on Aging one of our state’s most important organizations. Together, we’re addressing those needs while celebrating what can be.”
